How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly on our website by selecting your preferred design and size, then following the secure checkout process

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and secure checkout via Stripe.

Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Yes, we use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your data is completely secure.

At this time, we do not offer installment plans, but we are working to add flexible payment options soon.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Each piece is custom-made. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and 7–10 business days for delivery. International orders may take longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

PRODUCTS & CUSTOMIZATION

Can I request a custom design or size?

Absolutely. We specialize in couture. Contact us via the Custom Order form or email to discuss your vision.

Each piece is handcrafted by our atelier using high-quality materials and designed by Fausto Altamirano himself.

We offer standard US and European sizing. A size chart is available on each product page.

We currently do not offer alteration services, but we recommend a local tailor for the perfect fit.

 

Yes. Many of our pieces are made using ethically sourced, vegan-friendly, and sustainable materials.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of couture and made-to-order garments, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with clear photos and your order number. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept exchanges. Please refer carefully to our size guide before purchasing.
